Otherwise known as Birch Beer in English. Not actually beer nor alcoholic, it’s a soda. Tastes like tree sap (I guess? never actually tasted tree sap before). I like it but the flavour is a bit low-key. I like the spruce beer better (bière d’épinette), tastes like pine trees!
